Your data is stored on secure servers with encryption at rest and in transit. We implement industry-standard security measures including access controls, regular security audits, and secure backup procedures. Authentication is handled through Clerk, a trusted identity provider.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with:

  • Your Institution: Lecturers and administrators within your institution can access relevant academic data.
  • Service Providers: Third-party services that help operate the Platform (hosting, authentication, AI processing).

5. AI & Machine Learning

Our AI systems process your learning data to provide personalised tutoring and recommendations. AI-generated insights are used to improve the educational experience. Your conversations with the AI tutor may be analysed to improve the quality of responses. No personal data is used to train third-party AI models.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Upon account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days, though anonymised analytics data may be retained.
