You must create an account to access the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your information up to date.

  • Use AI-generated content to misrepresent academic work as your own where prohibited by your institution

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform are owned by Mansoft Ltd and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Course materials uploaded by lecturers remain the property of their respective owners.

6. AI-Generated Content

The Platform uses AI to generate educational content, tutoring responses, and assessments. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content should be used as a learning aid and not as a sole source of truth. Users are encouraged to verify information with their course materials and instructors.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Mansoft Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
